Dr. Bock has treated a broad range of infectious diseases over the past decade including:

- Ostoemyelitis including diabetic foot infections to help prevent amputations
- Septic arthritis including prosthetic joint infections
- Opportunistic infections in immunocompromised hosts including transplant patients
- Fungal infections such as disseminated candidiasis
- COVID-19 and its complications
- Pneumonia including Ventilator Associated Pneumonias
- HIV and the complications of AIDS
- Sexually transmitted illnesses
- Chronic hepatitis B and C
- Tuberculosis and other mycobacterial infections
- Occupational exposures to infectious agents
Her personal interests are HIV and its complications. She is dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgemental, confidential space to provide the highest level of evidence based care for persons living with HIV to enable them to live long, healthy and fulfilling lives.
